Youth are the Engine of Growth in any Nation. Advanced nations welcome them and others distance them by killing opportunities by keeping corrupt people on chairs of reputation. Corruption is the imagination Killer.
Gaining reputation and Self Respect is the primary requisite for gaining legitimate wealth. Becoming and being wealth is the way the Youth Can transform themselves and their nation. Value can be created just by coming together and working on common streams.
Youth Editors are the Engines of Transformation. Students are welcome to become Youth Editors with Global TV and other Like-minded Media establishments.
Youth Editors are expected to identify the people who believe in Professionalism and Ethical practices in life. Bring dignified people to media practices so that we can end corrupt practices in media first. Media becoming corrupt was the single most reason for politics becoming corrupt. Why media is corrupt? Because there is no other way to run a Media House. Correct this mistake at the roots. We can set right every other corruption.
Half of the Journalists in India are unpaid or less paid. They need to search ways and means to earn their livelihood. Hence they use their proximity to power to initiate corruption. We can stop this by rewarding them their due. Let every media person be paid for their work. It may be Anchoring, Editing, Script writing, Organising or Camara works or many other areas involved in the media process.
Let free lunch be stopped in Media Streams. Next time you participate in a TV Show, remember to pay at least the cost involved in the process. Or else the media need to bow their head in front of someone who pay for your time slot. Individually it is peanuts BUT totally it is NOT.
We can get into the growth streams once you make sure that the Media is NOT Ill-funded. People who think they can invest money and create a control over the media streams are the people who attempt to control flood with sand bags. Even the normal water streams bye pass and flow on its way ahead. Respect cannot be purchased with any kind of monetary interventions.
Every media person should make sure that they are not feeding their children with illegitimate money earned in the streets of dirty stuff.
Once the Media make self corrections, we can get into the next stream of fast development.
The New Education Policy is very helpful in this direction. It insists for practical exposure for students. Give them exposure to talk and write from the lower Schools itself. Let them be well prepared to address an audience by the time they reach the High School at least. Writing skills are improving with the influence of Social Media to a large extend.
We can engage them into Paid Portfolios in Communication at least from College days. Those who prove their mettle can earn even from the high school level.
One can become a YOUTH EDITOR from First year degree onwards. Earn well while you are learning itself. Earning is the evidence of your performance excellence. All that a YOUTH EDITOR should do is to invite Professionals like Lawyers to participate in Media Shows. Creating Media Shows and fixing the Overhead cost is the responsibility of the media house.
Youth Editor who earn their pocket money through referrals of right people to genuine media streams can now start to share the vision of their media house to the professionals whom they are connected.
Next round is Transformation. It is much easier when done collectively.
Create more opportunities for people to improve their living standards. This is possible just by bringing people together.
For example, we can create a BRAND named TOURISM AMBASSADORS Across India. Wealth is created just by pooling information that are processed and negotiated into REVENUE MODELS.
What is the revenue model in Tourism Ambassadors?
Every district in India can have a minimum of 100 Tourism Ambassadors. Their job is to develop a DATABASE and to share it with their counterparts as and when it is required. Human involvement is very important in tourism sector. Exploring places is possible only with help of people who are familiar to such places. Reward them their due. These are things that are already there. We need to put them in order. That is possible when we look at things on a large scale at a national level.
